2.2. Authentication is handled through Clerk, a secure third-party authentication provider.

2.3. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

2.4. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and following secure login practices.

3. Service Description

3.1. SocialNotes provides tools for:

  • Creating promotional content for music
  • Generating images
  • Transcribing music
  • Automating music video content creation

3.2. Credits and Subscription

  • We offer free credits to new users
  • Additional usage requires a paid subscription
  • Credits and subscription terms are provided during signup
  • Unused credits may expire according to our current credit policy

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Subscription payments are processed through Stripe.

4.2. Refunds are handled according to Stripe's standard refund policy.

4.3. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice.

5. User Content and Rights

5.1. You retain all rights to your content.

5.2. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process your content for the purpose of providing our services
  • Display your content as directed by you

6. Content Creation and Fair Use

  • Our Service provides tools for content creation and editing
  • Content generated through our features may include modifications, cropping, captions, and other transformative elements
  • You are responsible for how you use and share the content
  • You should ensure your use of any third-party content complies with applicable laws and platform policies
  • We act as a content creation tool provider, similar to other editing and content creation platforms

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious content or code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Use the service for spam or harassment
